I work as a Customer Success manager for PowerSchool Group LLC.
So I spend most of my time Advocating on behalf of the customer by ensuring they achieve the desired ROI. Minimizing risks/churn and enabling customer retention as customer success is the organization's success
I honestly believe that my Job can be done remotely as my customers are all abroad and so is my team. However, the India leadership team believes that we need to be present at office. Working remotely increases your accountability as well as the productivity.
So I would be excited if there are any remote opportunities that comes my way.
