However, we are planning to take a manual and a more personalized approach for the next 4-6 weeks.

Instead of companies posting jobs on our platform, our team will be connecting with recruiters, understand their needs, find relevant candidates that have signed up on CutShort and connect them with each other.

In the initial days, we believe a personalized approach will help us maximize your chances and help us understand what remote companies are exactly looking for.

Here's what you have to do:

-If you're a software developer, make sure you take our tests and validate your skills and submitted your code to further validate your profile.

-Make sure all your achievements and blog links (if any) are displayed on your profile.

-If you have worked remotely or independently, please describe your experience.
